Collection: Direct to Film Transfers - DTF

The DTF printing process works like this:

  1. A design is printed onto a special PET film using DTF inks.
  2. Adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink.
  3. The powder is cured (melted) in an oven or curing unit.
  4. The finished transfer is pressed onto a garment using a heat press.

Why DTF Is Popular

  • Works on light and dark garments.

  • No weeding required like HTV.
  • Transfers can be printed ahead of time and stored.
  • Great for small orders, custom designs, and gang sheets.
